Very easy check-in, they sent the door code via the chat. Loved that there was a washer/dryer (with perfume and dye free soap!) on site, as well as an ironing board and iron. VERY conveniently located in relation to the Alamodome. All of the intersections along Durango Blvd/ Iowa St were guarded by police officers, so the walk back to the house was very safe.
A few cleanliness issues, but nothing huge. The cleaner(s) clearly didn't check the dryer lint trap, as it was quite full. The Keurig machines needs/needed de-scaling. The washing machine has a removable agitator, which had a mild bacterial build up, but not significant enough to affect the smell of the clothes washed in the machine. All issues were communicated to the host, who stated they would bring these things up with the cleaner(s).

Clean, spacious house, beds really comfy
Ants on the kitchen while cooking, having to park around trash cans on street, no use to a broom and no bbq pit

Great space with lots of room for guests. Great host provided great communication and assistance via text and felt safe with the home having ring cameras in front and back of the home. Really set mind at ease. We all enjoyed our stay and so close to all the attractions we were visiting, including Riverwalk, shopping and entertainment. Also appreciated all the extras in the space to use such as laundry detergent, games, high-end air mattress, blow dryers and lots of pots and pans to cook.

100% recommend! The place was exactly as pictured, very clean and spacious. The host was helpful, responsive, and informative from the moment we booked and throughout the entire experience. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and a quick commute to downtown. Very conveniently located.
Check in and check out instructions were very detailed and easy to follow!
All in my party enjoyed their stay and the cute decor!
