Really nicely decorated and comfortable apartment, had everything we needed and good access to the city centre. About 10 minutes by tram or 35 minutes walking.
Generally, the apartment needed a little bit of a deep clean. Things like dust on skirting boards etc but things like beds, kitchen etc. were clean

Een aanrader! Zeer compleet appartement op de begane grond met romantisch tuintje. Modern. Goede bedden. Supermarkt op 1 minuut lopen. Bushalte op 2 minuten lopen. Zeer vriendelijke host met goede informatie via app.contact.
Tip: centrum met buslijn 50, uitstappen halte Lille Flandres. Terug uitstappen halte Ballon .

Lovely decor, great facilities, comfortable beds, ideally situated with a good supermarket right next door. You can park for free 10 minutes walk away in a safe location and use the convenient public transport available nearby. We appreciated the high quality of the fittings and decor in the flat. The flat is fairly small but well laid out and had everything we needed for our stay. The sofa bed is ideal for one person with duvet/pillows stored in the seat. Communication with Pei was excellent.
No negatives at all, it was ideal
