The property is just as shown in the photos. Plenty of room and the treat box was a good extra. We didn’t need the heating as the apartment is really warm without it.

Exactly as in photos.
Finding the keys, without the video guidance, it would have been difficult.

Location was good. Decor was tasteful. Convenient parking next to the building.
Double bed was not very comfortable.

We were sent the wrong code to get in which wasted a lot of our time. What made it worse was that we couldn't get hold of anyone to help us get the keys. Eventually someone replied to our calls and sent us the right code. We got the keys but the key fob to get in didn't work !! All in we wasted so much time and we only had 24 hours in Belfast. Someone then turned up after a while to give us new keys. Why is the wrong code sent to guests? We googled and this is a known problem for this property. Why has this not been fixed to save guests a lot of time and uncertainty. For the price, this side of the hosting was terrible.
