The location was perfect. A three minute walk to the mall for food or shopping
Nothing in my mind really stands out as far as dislikes. The roosters next door could be a deal breaker for many westerners but I grew up in the country so it was sorta brought back memories from my childhood.

Mostly everything
All the drainages are draining so slow. Also, the washing machine is not working right and needs deep cleaning. Tried washing white shirts and came out with black stuff or might be mold - I checked the filter before using it and it was clean not sure where the black stuff coming from.
