NIU Rooms

Simplicity is the secret here! You’ll find simple yet elegant furnishings, all beautifully organised. The accommodation is brand new, and you’ll be delighted by the lovely scent as soon as you walk in. I must also mention the hosts – they’re wonderfully helpful, always going the extra mile and replying in a flash. Highly recommended.

The accommodation covers nearly the whole first floor of the older building. While the space has been recently refurbished, I suggest adding soundproofing to the doors and windows, because the street becomes louder in the evening and certain guests may also create noise.

Tutto, molto confortevole e comodo.

Good location, a few minutes walk to the start of the old town.

We had no hot water on the first night. We were told it was sorted/working the next day. My wife had the first shower and it was cold. I had the second shower and it started to get hot. The owner said we need to run the water for longer and so on the final day, I ran the water for five minutes before getting into the shower, and the water was still cold. My wife then had a shower and it was cold too. Tried the tap in all sorts of positions and the temperature never changed. I tried running a tap in the communal kitchen too and after two minutes, the water was still cold. Shower leaked. Bed not comfy. The mattress had ripples all the way through it.
