The location was great because it was right on the edge of town so you can walk everywhere, whether to the start of the rice paddy trail or to nearby restaurants. The whole villa and the pool were clean, and the owners had provided everything that we needed. They were also very responsive to communication.
It is close to the road so there is traffic noise, but nothing that earplugs when sleeping can’t fix.

Very private
Central location
Pool could use a good clean and filter longer.
Could have another bedside table and lamps.
Minor issues.
