Island Bliss

Una estancia fantástica en un hostel con una ubicación excelente y muchísimo encanto. Todo está cuidado al detalle, limpio y acogedor. Mención especial para Thiago, siempre atento, cercano y dispuesto a ayudar. Su trato hizo que nuestra estancia fuera todavía mejor. Lo recomendamos totalmente y volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Everything. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Thiago explained everything for me upon arrival. The hostel has excellent facilities and the location is walking distance from everywhere.

Ostello mantenuto in condizioni perfette: pulito, ordinato ed attrezzato per ogni necessità. Tiago, il gestore, è sempre stato molto gentile, amichevole e disponibile. A pochi passi dal centro, zona servita per ogni necessità.

Good location, spacious enough room and bathroom.

I stayed in a private room for 2 nights. When I arrived, the bed sheets and towels had a strong smell of sweat. I asked in advance not to be on the ground floor because another guest had commented on the noise from the street, but they still put me on the ground floor. The noise was very disruptive from the street even with earplugs, and also from the kitchen that's right beside the room, from early in the morning. Someone came into the room at 10am while I was asleep without knocking, I'm not sure if it was for cleaning. On the 2nd day, they forgot to extend my code for the entrance, and I couldn't get into the building or my room. There's never anyone at reception, which is frustrating for addressing these issues and for asking questions. Overall, it was an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience, which I wasn't expecting given the high reviews and high cost of the room.
