Good location, central yet quiet, comfortable studio with all necessary amenities. Self check in is a good thing if you're ok with electronic locks
There was no information about 300€ deposit when I was making a reservation but I read the reviews and was ready for it. But then I had to ask about check in instructions one day ahead of my arrival and a complicated process of filling in numerous forms started. In the end I couldn't do anything in these forms to authorize the deposit and we continued until the day of my arrival when the host sent another link and it worked.
Another thing is that you had to empty the thrash bin yourself otherwise they charge 10€. This is not an Airbnb and it didn't feel right.

very close to train as we were only a stop over for 2 nights
the beach was a long walk away and be careful as a nudist beach was nearby not something we liked to see. hahahaah

The apartment is clean, modern and bright. There's air conditioning. The location is great.
It is written in the description, but it is still an inconvenience: you have to take the garbage out with you at the end of your stay; you have to pay extra for lots of things, like to leave your bags on the final day.
