An extra toilet roll.

The location was very good and all vans seemed to have a sea view even in the 2nd row. We were able to park next to the van which is a plus when unloading/loading on arrival/leaving. The van was very clean and the beds very comfortable. There were 2 full toilet rolls (one in each bathroom), shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Tea towel. Bath and hand towels - one set per bed. Tea and coffee sachets and a fresh pint of milk in the fridge! The main area has a big screen tv with Sky and you can see into the pool area from there too. 2 pools (one for children) with showers and changing rooms with lockers. And sauna room. The whole site was kept very clean and tidy. Plenty of walking areas across sand dunes down to a pebbly beach. Many people had their dogs, no dog mess seen during our walks, plenty of dog bins in the area. Not to far from the town centre and there is some free unlimited parking on Embankment Road, 1Hr parking in the town as well as a few pay and display areas.

It was all very good. To be picky then for us, lunch time meals being available would have been better. As it was off main season then evening meals - classified as bar snacks, Pizza or burgers etc. - were available on Fri, Sat and Sunday about 5-8pm. WiFi was a bit hit and miss in the van but excellent in the main area.

The park itself was fabulously clean and tidy, the caravan too. Although in the booking email it did say that a deposit would be required of £100 pounds to cover against damages, it turned out to be £150 required. The caravan was really clean and comfortable and had an enjoyable stay. Didn’t really use any facilities on site bar, gym etc. But the staff on reception when booking in were really helpful and engaging.

Can’t say there was anything we didn’t enjoy.

The caravan was clean and well-equipped with the essentials, and the park itself was tidy and very peaceful during the day, with exceptional views. The beach was a short walk away.

our caravan did not have a view. which was disappointing. The lack of blackout curtains made resting difficult, and being located close to reception meant late-night noise was an issue. some staff were polite and helpful, particularly two lovely elderly waiters. Very lovely gentlemen. reception staff were not always friendly, and service could be slow. There was some live entertainment on the nights we were there. Food options were limited and basic. On one occasion, the tiramisu served was poorly presented and inedible. Additionally, the resort offers VERY few activities for children, so families may need to bring their own entertainment. For the price we paid, we expected just abit more.
