Very helpful staff. Very clean kitchen and shower.

No towels and the beds are only 60 cm Wide.

Nice property facing the beach. Good facilities, but a lot of distraction/crying for kids with the arcades everywhere. Doesn’t help with resting while having the kids wanting everything every 5 minutes. Should be more directed to resting, rather than spending. Fun fair wasn’t very good either. Cafe on the fun fair never had the products they were advertising outside (eg donuts, churros etc). Indoor swimming pool and theater play were very good.

Not very clean unfortunately. Bed in mezzanine wasn’t changed at all. Bed was made on arrival, but you could see the bedsheets were used and bed was full of sand inside. Too of cupboards were crusted with dust.

Caravan was lovely size. Lounge/Dining area was lovely!

Cleaners need to pay more attention to detail and ensure they are also cleaning top to bottom. We found cobwebs and a breast pad underneath the dressing table !

The staff here go above and beyond. Helpful and very helpful. We arrived to a nice caravan sadly we had to move as with. Half an hour of unpacking the people next door were behaving badly shouting smashing things arguing swearing! All in front of a newborn and young lad. Horrific!! Called security they were there within a few minutes very impressed however we had to love couldn’t chance it! Second caravan more old fashioned but location great. Bed was just terrible - mattress needs replacing so uncomfortable- we took the thin mattress from the sofa bed in lounge and put on top of bedroom mattress to help but we were both very uncomfortable and didn’t sleep and that’s the reason we left a day early. Positives: beach location is lovely and clean often had beach to ourselves Staff are very nice Lots of activities for Youngsters we didn’t use but all looked great Had fish and chips on sight very nice Didn’t use evening facilities so can’t comment If guests were more respectful this place would be even better Would return but only if upgraded with better beds! There’s a large Asda not far from Site but I found it expensive for an Asda!
