New Hotel Harbiye

When I came, they didn’t let me to the room because somebody check out late I get my room at around 3:30 PM. They give me the room late. they don’t clean your room regularly I stayed 10 days and they only clean it twice. I requested them to clean my room they say OK and they don’t clean Another annoying There is a strong and persistent cooking odor coming into my room from neighboring rooms. The units are equipped with ovens, but they lack proper external ventilation systems. As a result, cooking smells travel through the shared or connected toilet ventilation shafts directly into my bathroom and room, making it uncomfortable."
