My stay in Almaty was exceptional, thanks to a host who truly embodies Kazakh hospitality. The apartment was immaculate and felt like a genuine home away from home. The bathroom was fully stocked with quality shower products, toothbrushes, and other thoughtful toiletries that made settling in effortless. The washing facilities were outstanding, with a powerful, consistent hot water supply and a spacious, modern shower area. Extra linens and towels were generously provided, neatly folded and easily accessible, ensuring comfort throughout my stay. The host checked in regularly to ensure everything was perfect without being intrusive. The attention to detail and the curated guidebook of Almaty's best cafes and cultural sites made the experience unforgettable. This was not just accommodation; it was a true reflection of Kazakhstan's generous spirit and pride in hosting guests. I would wholeheartedly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Almaty.

If I could suggest two small improvements, they'd be blackout curtains for the bedroom and a firmer mattress. The existing curtains let in quite a bit of morning light, which can disrupt sleep, especially during summer months in Almaty. As for the mattress, while it was comfortable, I personally prefer a harder surface for better back support. These are minor points of personal preference rather than any shortfall in the overall excellent experience.
