Very clean and spacious. Cosy and comfortable with the heating very easy to use. Everything we needed (except pods for washing machine and dishwasher which I’ve always found to be provided in other properties). Central to Montrose and quiet area tucked away from the main road but easy to find.

The steps leading to the property are quite steep and weren’t mentioned in the property description - would be helpful for anyone with mobility issues.

Very comfortable and modern, had everything we needed for our two night stay

nothing

It was lovely overall. It was spacious, good location for our short stay, clean, wifi easy to access and I liked all of the cute sea side decorations dotted about.

The bed frames in the twin room had very sharp, solid corners. My 4 year old and 6 year old were sharing the room and when I was in the first time I banged my leg off one of the corners, resulting in a big bruise. My 6 year old then banged both thighs on two separate occasions, resulting in a bruise on each thigh and lots of tears. It may be worth putting something soft on the corners of the bed or getting new frames so this doesn’t happen to future guests. The only other little thing was the shower door. It was very noisy, stiff to pull back and forth when using the shower.

Property was perfect.

Stairs going up to bedroom and not being able to park car outside property- I do realise there nothing you can about this.
