The location of this new-built building is perfect, close to the city center (just across the bridge), not too long walk to the beach and nice restaurants and a supermarket very close and convenient.
The host is fluent in English and to any message she responded very quickly.
Best thing was the washing machine with dryer function: typically in similar apartments we had just the basic washing machine, but the dryer is a gamechanger (especially if you are travelling with kids as we were).
If you are travelling with an infant below 4 years, you should bring a stool for them to reach the sink in the bathroom and for younger babies also a chair for the dining table. As these items take a lot of space in the car, I would highly appreciate the host to have few of those available for any of the apartments they manage.
Bathrobes (at least 2 for adults) would be a nice touch. :)
