It’s an amazing hotel! The location is perfect if you love the vibe of the old city. The hotel itself is beautiful and very comfortable, and my room had a huge bathroom that was almost as big as the room itself—which I really appreciated.
It was a very hot day in Las Palmas, but the air conditioning worked amazingly well and kept the room cool and comfortable. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The breakfast selection and waiting staff were excellent and I loved to see the locals visit also, which made it feel like an even better setting to start your day. Location was perfect, right next to the old town, shopping area and buses to travel around the island with ease. A lovely spacious room, we stayed in one of the premium rooms with a terrace, such a treat!
Pocket door of the bathroom needs attention as it kept coming out of the socket. Extra towels would be helpful to be in the room for the terrace beds but easily sorted with housekeeping. Bed was slightly too hard for me and the pillows, they were more runners pillows more for decoration than sleep. Full size pillows are a must or at least offer alternates for comfort.
