The structure was large, warm and welcoming, everything you needed was present, all the highly appreciated services, including soluble tea and coffee available and bottles of water as a welcome! Structure close to tram, metro and bus, supermarkets are everywhere near the structure!

How clean it was.
I didn’t liked communication with the host, there is only AI agent answering you that it will contact guest experience team, but the team never replies.
It is impossible to get to the apartment on check-in, because the metal gates are locked and can be open only with the chip inside. There has to be some stranger that will let you in.
The free parking is non-existent and you never get information on where it is. We had to find our own parking and pay for it.
