Friendly, helpful owner, responding very quickly. Left some milk and eggs for us to get us started. Nice furniture and comfortable mattress in the small bedroom. Central location.
Unfortunately the pool was empty due to broken tiles. The apartment has a moist problem. It's very humid and so there is a smell, especially in the bathroom and small bedroom. The bed in the small bedroom is too narrow to sleep 2 European sized people comfortably. The ironboard has a broken cover leaving stains on our clothes, ruining them. The washing machine didn't remove any stains from our clothes and was completely covered in other people's soap. Quite some noise in the corridors from playing children, but only during the day.

The check-in process was effortless. The host's warm welcome and thoughtful touches, like the welcome package, made me feel right at home. Her excellent communication and willingness to assist added to the positive experience. I can't wait to stay here again
