Location of the property was superb central to all and very convenient.

Parking inside the property was horrible. The lane for car to maneuver was too narrow even at every ramp we want to go down we have to make 3-4 turns. Further to that the property owner need to consider fixing car charger for EV car

The property is centrally located, with KLCC and Pavilion Bukit Bintang just a 10–15 minute walk away.

We experienced a power outage for several hours at night, and the room became extremely hot and suffocating. We were asked to wait in the lobby, but there were no seats or any place for us to rest. Were we expected to stand there for several hours? We were travelling as a family group, so this made the situation even more difficult. In addition, the refrigerator in our room was not cold enough to keep food fresh. We stored some fresh food in it, but after only a few hours, it had already developed an unpleasant smell. Because of this, we had to cook the food immediately and decided not to store any more fresh food in the refrigerator for the rest of our stay.
