The property was up a quiet cul- de-sac with easy parking in front of the house. It was well equipped, nicely furnished with new bathrooms and smart kitchen. Downstairs W.C. And utility area with new washer and tumble drier. Large fridge/freezer was v welcome. Thick towels and smart bedding.
Coat hooks in the porch would have been handy.

It was a good place for a group of friends or family to stay. The rooms were all good sizes. The garden is a suntrap. It was an affordable option for us to drive to the NEC from.

This was an ideal location for work - a real home from home, parking and house facilities were everything you need, we just wished we weren't working such long hours and could have enjoyed the house and garden more!
