the room was quite new ,had all basic facilities ,good air conditioning, staff got a power adapter to use australian power. did not have breakfast here but shops including supermarket and takeaway shop 200 metres away ,was clean and comfortable . property was well maintained with a good garden .nearby is a vintage car museum that is worth several hour looking around,

english was a issue in the area ,but found people in home cafe that all had lived in australia so they helped me arrange taxis. not a tourist area

The staff were present during check in and check out, smiling and welcoming. They gave me a spray bottle for the flies, it was nice of them, and I return it back. The bed was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning was in good condition.

The cleanliness wasn’t good enough: -Spider's web is everywhere. -Mosquitos, flies, cockroaches (which is normal in a tropical place however it should be treated for the guest’s comfort) -The tea and coffee facilities were not freshly clean. -It seems that there is no enough staff to take care of all the details, I saw only 2 people, one morning and one evening, and as far as I understood they are doing everything. -The noise from the neighbours (I think the rental rooms next to the villas) there was a massive noise very early morning on my last day, kids and adults were so loud around the pool. I couldn’t sleep properly and that ruined my day. It was very early morning and there was no respect toward the other guests staying on the villas sleeping, I didn’t see anyone interfering and stopping them or reminding them that there were other people staying in the same place.
