TRIBE Terminal 2 Manchester Airport by Accor

Staff in all parts of the hotel that I had dealings with were excellent in their attitude, helpfulness, patience and gave me a feeling of trust and security. This was very noticable especially when the fire alarm swent off, it was dealt with quickly, calmly and confidently by all staff. Restaurant staff were very patient, knowledgable and reasuring with me as I have issues with food intolerances - which they guided me through at the evening meal and breakfast. I also required an accessable room as I cannot carry luggage. This was all sorted out for me and I had assistance when required. So I thank you all.

The only thing that caused me discomfort was the air conditioning in my room it was too cold or too hot as I had trouble with the timer gadget. I did miss fresh air.

Very Convenient for overnight stay and early flight. Excellent restaurant and bar with great atmosphere.

Nothing

Lovely clean hotel, great location & food, friendly, helpful staff. Restaurant much better than the usual airport hotels

The location was great.

Car park was a distance from the hotel and overpriced. No towels in the room , Dirty crockery left in the corridors, Didn’t receive full menu in the restaurant when ordering. Room service is done via the app when you order it says they cannot facilitate your order despite it being very quiet downstairs.
