Location was great and so were the amenities.
Had a little trouble with kiosk dispensing keys since host and hotel did not receive confirmation but the front desk helped out and got it straightened out. Overall great experience

Relaxing and comfortable. Everything close by

The location was great and the pool was beautiful. It was convenient having a washer and dryer inside the condo.
The ad says it’s 2 twin beds but one of them is a tiny trundle bed that none of my kids could fit on and it was broken. That was very disappointing. Also the TV in the living room didn’t work. It kept saying No connection. The website for the restaurant inside the resort is extremely out of date so that caused a huge problem when my family went to eat. We had already ordered appetizers once we noticed that there was nothing on the menu that we saw online. There was nothing my daughter and I could eat so my son and Husband ate there while my daughter and I had to leave and go find food elsewhere. That was very inconvenient and expensive. The server was very kind and pleasant though.
