The bedroom was clean, with towels and a very comfortable couch. Everywhere were mirrors and the bathroom was well equipped. The best thing of all was of course the location. 3 minutes from the metro, 15 minutes from the beach by foot and 1 minute from the bus stop.

Some dishes that we found on the kitchen were a bit dirty, but nothing that could be a big issue.

Now I know how actual French flat looks like when people live in it, this is not a sterile AirBnB setup. Central location means it is close everywhere, but it also means that central-city paries can be heard all night.

"Private kitchen" in the listing does not exist, there's one shared kitchen. "City view" in the listing means literally roof and windows of the building 10 meters in front of the window. "Free Wifi" in listing was not provided. I did not understood the listing: This is a shared accommodation where house owner stays overnight in one room, me in another, and another guest in third room. Before I checked in I thought I will be alone and I was really surprised to find out this is not going to be the case. Second unpleasant surprise was that when I needed to change the check-in time, the house owner demanded extra payment for the trouble caused - but when I came he was in the flat and stayed there seemingly all night, so I don't understand what extra trouble this has caused, especially because I stayed withing the advertised check-in time. Perhaps this was some misunderstand because we were able to communicate only through Booking chat which translated between French and English.
