price low compared to other accommodations in town.
Has a kitchen
Keys: nothing provided upfront, but t would be possible to pick your key out a locked box. when calling, no answer. after leaving a voice message, a lady brought the keys, but took about 20min, so communication catastrophic. only very minimally equipped kitchen, looks still like unfinished or already partially run down.
Location: Google maps does not show it properly, most road in that quarter not shown

Located on the outskirts of town, so quiet and easy parking in front of the building. Modern, comfortable, clean and well equipped one bed apartment!
Sofa bed was not made up and no bedding provided. It was a late booking and I always carry a sheet sleeping bag.
