We loved our stay - it felt like staying at my grandma’s place, lovely retro decor and extremely comfortable beds. The breakfast was amazing and Matthew was super nice - he gave some good local tips and let us feed the donkeys. Great value for money - would have no hesitation staying again.

Feeding the donkeys out in back! We felt at home. Good breakfast. Recent renovations to the room.

Breakfast was beautiful. The host was a gentleman and made everything run seamlessly!

Easy to find and lovely welcome from the host. friendly and helpful. Well situated for visiting Rock of Cashel. Additional shared bathroom was welcome and beds were comfy. All on one floor, very convenient.
Parking was a little tight (having a little car helps). Pillows not ideal (appreciate this is personal preference), way too hot in the room, able to turn heating off, however a bit too late by then. Ensuite could do with a refresh, shower cubicle could do with some attention.
Didn't eat breakfast, but coffee in the 'breakfast room' was awful.
Tea/coffee facilities in the room were in bedside drawer and didn't use because of dust/hair.
