Very centrally located. Nice little apartment with a living room, equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. A small standing balcony that faces a quiet inner yard. Polite property owners.

The shower drain wasn't draining water fast enough, so the water would start to rise. But I was there for two nights only so I didn't complain. The check in process wasn't comfortable, I never got the self check-in details. I messaged the property while I was on my way from the Verona central station, the property manager replied that I haven't completed the check-in. I contacted booking.com and they said that I was supposed to get check-in link to submit further information. I never got it. They solved it between them and the property manager texted me the link. I ended up waiting downstairs for about 40 minutes in total. The property manager said they appear to have been experiencing some technical issues with booking.com. All in all the communication was very good with the property and they were very fast to solve the problem and were extremely polite. Still it wasn't a good check-in experience from my side.
