It’s location
There were some improvements that need to be done . Leak on the ceiling, a busted light, the silicone sealant strip on the shower door is torn , water is coming out of the shower door making the floor wet

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-suited for our stay. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was especially convenient for staying connected and getting some work done.
The property offers a great combination of convenience, comfort, and value, and being in Aeon Towers provides a nice residential atmosphere while still being close to many of Davao City's attractions and amenities.

I love the place where my family feels safe and comfortable while they’re on vacation.
That’s all good for us.

Youre property custodian was responsive on the day of checked in. However, I emailed after the 3rd day to ask if we can request for a quick clean up but no more response. So the cleaning fee that we paid for was only one time in 6 days? We werent even asking for a terminal cleanup. Also, the bathroom is not really satisfactorily clean. The part were the bathroom sink and the wall meets, black molds were visible.
