The person checking us in was rude and made unnecessary comments. The tv was not working when we got to our room. The staff sent maintenance and it was fixed in minutes. The room was clean and had an amazing view. We watched the dolphins play from our balcony! An apology was made via AI, I guess,.for the rude behavior of the front desk. The valet parking guys were amazing and very helpful.
