Breakfast was amazing. Staff was helpful and friendly.
However, people outside were partying until 3am on both days we were there. The glass windows were not effective at blocking out the noises. We barely got any sleep.

The reception staff were excellent, and the breakfast and restaurant were superior. I extended my stay twice. The final time was a result of my Citybox Oslo hotel check-in experience, where my belongings- two jackets were taken at check-in by a fellow guest, as it was on camera. proven. The staff were responsive to my immediate need for a hotel room on my last day in Oslo. They reassured me they could accommodate me, though they were at capacity. At once, I felt safe and secure.
