When we first checked in I wanted to shower but the shower was not working. I called down to the desk and they immediately gave us another room. No issues. The girls at the desk were absolutely amazing and friendly.
The woman who manages the breakfast is beyond wonderful!! Sunday morning was so busy that the breakfast room was full and people were taking their food to their room. That being said, there was food for them to take!! She was constantly on the move getting food ready and filling the buffet with hot eggs, potatoes, bacon and sausage. And she still kept the tables cleared and wiped off for the next person.
This is our ‘go to’ hotel when we are in the area. I give it a 10+%!
