Incredible stay at The Empress. The staff could not be more warm, welcoming, and accommodating. Beautiful inside and out with many places to relax and enjoy everything it has to offer. Clean and superbly decorated and maintained. Excellent food, drinks and service at the raw bar and in the Bengal restaurant with other opportunities on the outdoor dining decks and tea room. We will be back for more!

I would like to recognize the outstanding front desk lady that helped us check in on Sunday morning. Brown hair and stunning blue eyes. She helped us with recommending places to eat as well as visit, they were outstanding and absolutely made our stay even better.

Everything was absolutely amazing about our stay; the room was fantastic, the staff were lovely & the lounge was incredible!

This is an older hotel that has been beautifully maintained and updated. I stayed here 3 years ago and it seemed even more beautiful this stay with the renovated bar and updated adjacent Asian restaurant. Our room was small but very clean and included more amenities than we expected or needed. And you cannot beat the location- you can walk just about everywhere.
The one disappointment is how the Yes, it’s pricey but well worth the splurge.
