Very friendly and clean excellent view of planes taken off and landing on upper floors. I have stayed there five times and if I need to go to the airport, I will stay there again.

The pick up instructions were far from clear but we got there eventually. The driver was very friendly and informative about places to eat near and including the hotel.
We had a late flight and were given an extra hour before we had to check out which was great.
Having a washing basket was a great and well thought out extra. Having a washing machine and dryer was one of the deciding factors in choosing the hotel.
Close to bus stop for access to train station very helpful

Everything was great here. Only thing I did not like was that there was a charge for parking. I also wish Netflix etc could be streamed. Everything else was very nice!!
