The location is perfect, very close to everything. The check in process was super simple and we were provided lots of details about the area, what to see and where to go. The room itself was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. The only thing that was missing was a safe. Also, the building is quite noisy - we were able to hear guests in the room next to us snoring and noise from the restaurant below. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Excellent location, an amazing care and service, small rooms but workable, close to all restaurants and bars.

The hotel is in a great location and the property is lovely. Mostly though, I'd like to thank the staff - Carla and Andre - who took such good care of us. They gave excellent advice on things to do and even booked our tour of the Douro Valley. We couldn't have found a nicer place to stay.
