The hotel lobby was under construction and they had handout bags (just Ok) instead of a hot meal. There was no Ice Machine available in a good place for a disabled veteran to access - and only one on a second floor. Kudo's to the front desk Guy as he moved a baggage cart to an area where I could use it and he also offered to go get some ice for me - very excellent service! The room was pretty good.
The construction was not listed when I made the reservation, and had I known about the construction I would have made a different reservation even though the hotel staff were excellent.
