Amazing staff. They were super friendly. The location however is not ideal if you want to visit Chicago downtown as often as the traffic is soul consuming.
But the hotel and staff were amazing and my family’s had a great stay.

We booked in here for nearly a month in various different booking as we travelled back and forth and the front desk staff were great. If I was to specifically pick one then it would be Victoria as she went above and beyond in our opinion, nothing was an issue and she listened and accommodated what we asked for and when we needed help.
If I had to be picky, the only thing we didn’t like about this location was the service
