Very clean hotel, hallways smells good.
Nice breakfast and great front desk staff.
Parking was nice too as you can get in and out of the hotel from various access doors. I parked my car in front of my room window.
I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Everett.

Clean room! Old elevator. It is an old building with new renovations. There was a very loud party happening when I arrived. And head's up - some of the doors only open if you turn the knob up (not down). Ask which is your door before trekking all the way to your room.

We had a nice stay. Our only complaint was no extra blankets in the room. My son and I enjoy a cool room to sleep in, so having extra blankets keep our bodies warm. The cool temperature in the room is refreshing to our faces.
Considering the hotel is on a busy street, it was remarkably quiet in our room.
The breakfast was plentiful, but the room didn't have seating for everyone at the time we ate.
