Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel with great facilities and restaurants.
The executive lounge variety of food and relocation is not as good but the staff are still very friendly.
Lots of construction in the bay area and heavy pneumatic drilling opposite the hotel is currently annoying.

Great location staff and breakfast. The property is let down by its decor which is dated and needs attention.
