My stay was fantastic. The Residence Lounge is amazing and has a great view of the skyline.

All around an amazing hotel. However, be warned that the pool is NOT an infinity pool (like it seems from the photos.) It’s just a normal rooftop pool. Other than that, everything else was great, no problems.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating, kindly arranging adjacent rooms for our family during our stay. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The housekeeping team also did an outstanding job, ensuring everything was kept clean and tidy throughout our visit.
The property is conveniently located close to shops in a relatively quiet area, while still being just a short walk from Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR station.
