Helpful staff & excellent if limited menu. Looking a little tired in places but a quiet base to explore this historic city & cathedral

Room small. Bed large. Dinner and service disappointing. Breakfast good but wife just says ok.

The room was lovely and clean, breakfast was adequate, air con was wonderful. The young man that welcomed us was very good. We asked for a ground floor room as we can't make the stairs easily as my husband has arthritis in his knee and I have neuropathy. He was so kind and although we had been allocated a room he changed it to the ground floor. He deserves praise for his kindness. We really did appreciate it.
