Loved staying here! 3 women traveling and it felt very safe. The staff was amazing. The stopper for the bathtub wouldnt work, within minutes they found another one and brought it to the room. The shower was amazing with great water pressure. The room was spacious. We loved having the coffe machine and a good sized refrigerator. The beds were comfortable and the a/c was cold. The location was perfect, close to the train station, water bus, supermarket and taxi stand. The hotel offers a luggage Porter for a reasonable price, it was worth it! We will be staying here again, it was perfect!

Excellent location for getting on, off and around the islands….close to ALL modes of transportation.
The staff were EXCELLENT.
The European split king mattress is aweful! Plenty of USB ports and power. Room lighting is awkward but the bathroom night light is good. Breakfast is confusing but if you are hungry get the “full breakfast” and order whatever you want…. Once you figure out what they have, it’s very good.
The TVs are a little dated but bring a HDMI and you can tap into the screen with your own blue tooth device or laptop.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Helped get us a water taxi to and from St Mark's Square.
The room was immaculate and comfortable.
