The stay was relatively nice but for my two night stay, my bathtub was not cleaned after our first night. I let the front desk staff know at checkout and their response was just "Okay." no apology or request for how they could compensate me for the inconvenience.
The pictures for the spa on the website showed people in robes, but no robes are provided, neither were towels. I think the expectation was that we use the towels from our room.
The staff were quite friendly at check-in.

Arrived late, left early so my needs were specific. Save and convenient parking. Friendly check in. Comfortable and clean room. Fast check out. This hotel met all my needs and expectations. Will definitely stay again. Very convenient for Amsterdam when you don’t want to stay in the centre.

Staff here are outstanding, the hotel itself is very peaceful and quiet. Comfortable bedrooms, and a lovely garden setting. Finally, the restaurant and bar serves good food, and the cocktails are very well executed. Overall this is a great experience.
