The hotel is fine, but not great. I stay at Fairmont's all around the world and this just isn’t up to that standard. It’s a fine 4* hotel and the price reflects that, but it falls short of other Fairmont properties. Staff were great, restaurant was ok, location good.

BOI at the front desk kicked off the wonderful stay at the Fairmont hotel! Staff was amazing and the Rose 31 lotions and bath shampoo/conditioner/gel is worth another visit for just that. Price was steep for valet, but we parked 2 blocks away at self parking for half the cost. Can't wait to come back!

Traveling with littles can be tricky but the staff right away gave my toddler a balloon to play with making us feel right at home upon arrival.
