After a terrible experience at another hotel, Sparks Hotel completely turned our trip around. This hotel truly saved us from what had been a very frustrating and disappointing stay elsewhere.
From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and a huge contrast to our previous accommodations. The room was comfortable, fresh, and exactly what we needed after a stressful night.
It’s clear that the team takes pride in providing a great experience for their guests.
We are extremely grateful to have found Sparks Hotel and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with outstanding customer service.

Great place. Clean with all the basic necessities available. Breakfast was good.
A big shoutout to Roland at the front desk. I had a family emergency that required an executive decision, and he did not hesitate to help me out. Thank you!
