The staff were very helpful and kind. (Marco, Francesca) awesome people. The location was excellent. Many dining options, cafes, and nearby grocery store, pharmacy and city square

Loved the location. Away from the tourists but nice neighborhood. The a/c did not cool at all. Overall one of the best locations that I liked.

We were delighted with our stay. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helped us become aware of how easy it is to get around the city via bus. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was very good. Will stay there again and again.
