We absolutely looooved our stay at the hotel this weekend. We came for a wedding, rented a suite and they gave us 24th floor. The view, even during rain was stunning. We enjoyed every minute of staying there. Great staff, we needed rolloway bed and had no problem getting them, extra sheets, all with a beautiful smile. The view is unbelievable from the suite that shows about 270 degrees view.

The only thing I did not like about the property is that it is very large and finding your way around is difficult. But it is in a great location. My wife and I walk from hotel to our restroom and concert. The hotel has a beautiful view of Grand Rapids. One last thing, check in at 4 pm is extremely busy.
