Clean room and nice staff

The hotel is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and well-trained. The parking fee is reasonable as well.
The only reason I deducted one star is because the air conditioning was a bit unpredictable. On the first night, the room temperature kept fluctuating—we felt hot at times and cold at others, though overall it seemed warm. On the second night, the AC was blowing much more strongly, and the room became very cold, even though we had set it to a similar temperature.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but the AC could use some improvement.
