Poor breakfast

Room was clean, and the staff was friendly. I specifically chose this property because it advertised an outdoor pool. Unfortunately, the pool was empty for the entire 11 days of my stay. It would have been helpful to know this in advance so I could have chosen a different property that offered the amenities I was looking for.

The pool was a little dirty, but besides that most of the hotel was very clean. The staff was amazing and worked hard the whole time.
