Great staff at check-in and for breakfast. Can't understand why they charge for parking yet have free parking lots all around the hotel on the streets. Hotel should be offering free parking.
Breakfast was outstanding, everything needed was in the buffet.

Room was good, except the aircon was faulty, took some persuading but got moved to another room. Staff were all very polite and upgraded the room for the inconvenience. Breakfast was very good, nice selection of hot and cold, plus pastries. I would definitely recommend and would use again if travelling through Belgium.
