Door to the room scratched so hard on the threshold that it was creating a groove into threshold. Bottom of door was held together by drywall screws. Also, there was a wash cloth draped over the shower curtain rod from a previous guest. Other than that, it was decent.

I liked that I had an option for ocean view with balcony. HOWEVER, they should let you know that you may get a ground floor with a balcony 🙄 so you know with people on the beach, there's no privacy. You have to keep drapes drawn so they can't see in your room. Also, the front desk lady was borderline rude. After she was done with her spew (so I thought), I asked where breakfast was located, and she was snippy and let me know she will " get to that in a minute", I personally wouldn't stay there again. The location and condition were fine, but there are many more to chose from on the beach.

The rooms were nice and clean, and the view from the balcony overlooking the lake was great. Plenty of parking.
The only negative was the pool and whirlpool. Pool was too chilly and didn't seem to be that clean, and whirlpool was not working....although water in it.
