Staff very helpful, you get given a guest card at check in for free travel around the city. Really easy to get bus (5-6 minute trip) to the main station for the Bernina Express

Location is good with few restaurants and a little mall around. Reception staff was friendly. Room was neat and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Air-conditioning was extremely good with temperature control. Overall for a 3Star budget hotel it was a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay! It was a large comfortable room with a view. The ac worked great. They offered free bus tickets which was helpful to commute to the downtown. We would stay here again!
